Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist will include:

• Conducting ethical and compassionate individual therapy sessions via video conferencing, ensuring accessibility and comfort for clients.

• Developing individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments that address the specific needs and goals of each client.

Your role will primarily involve working with stable, low acuity adults, allowing you to address a diverse range of mental health needs. To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, fully licensed credential (unrestricted) that allows you to practice independently, such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No limited/provisional licenses or disciplinary actions on your record.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor to connect effectively with clients.
• Strong computer literacy skills to efficiently navigate our therapeutic platform.

Preference will be given to those with prior experience in remote counseling settings, particularly if you have a background in working with diverse populations experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Additionally, experience with teletherapy platforms will be beneficial.
