This position is fully remote, allowing for flexible working conditions that cater to both your professional and personal needs. You will engage with clients primarily through virtual platforms, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and digital tools to ensure effective service delivery. • Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions focused on an array of mental health issues, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Employ measurement-based care frameworks to analyze client progress and inform strategic treatment planning.
• Actively collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including coaches and psychiatrists, to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Contribute to the refinement of program curricula and training protocols based on feedback and observed outcomes.
• Integrate technology into treatment modalities, providing insights on effective applications and enhancing the delivery of mental health services.
• Maintain rigorous awareness of risk management practices to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Document patient interactions meticulously and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Partake in ongoing training related to the application of emerging evidence-based and tech-enhanced care methodologies.

The LPCC will primarily work with a diverse population that includes children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. The specific focus will be on individuals dealing with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will tailor your therapeutic approaches to meet the distinct cultural and personal backgrounds of each client, ensuring a culturally responsive practice that upholds the values of inclusion and diversity.

• A Master’s degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A full independent counseling license (LPCC) in the state of California.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing various counseling approaches, emphasizing evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Strong foundational knowledge and experience in working with children and adolescents in therapy settings.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort with utilizing different technologies pertinent to therapy delivery.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, facilitating effective interaction with clients and team members.
• A commitment to fostering cultural awareness and responsiveness within clinical practice.

• A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in a mental health counseling role.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling best practices.
• Further training in specialized therapeutic techniques or certifications in mental health assessments.

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Full-time employees are entitled to a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
