Key Responsibilities

As an LPCC at Healthy Minds Psychotherapy, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering evidence-based individual and group therapy to patients and families, addressing a range of mental health concerns.
  • Using measurement-based care to guide treatment planning, enabling the formulation of tailored care strategies.
  • Collaborating with other members of the care team to enhance service delivery, ensuring comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A Master’s degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • A full independent LPCC license in the state of California, showcasing your qualifications to practice independently.
  • Proficiency in various counseling methodologies, including but not limited to CBT, ACT, and DBT.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, vital for effective collaboration and patient interaction.

Preferred Experience
