Key Responsibilities

As an LPCC at Healthy Minds Psychotherapy, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering evidence-based individual and group therapy to patients and families, addressing a range of mental health concerns.
• Using measurement-based care to guide treatment planning, enabling the formulation of tailored care strategies.
• Collaborating with other members of the care team to enhance service delivery, ensuring comprehensive patient care.
• Providing constructive feedback on program development, training protocols, and innovative treatment technologies.
• Maintaining stringent risk management practices and documenting patient interactions thoroughly and promptly.
• Participating in initial and ongoing training focused on evidence-based practices and enhancing technological applications in care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on treating children and adolescents facing anxiety and related disorders. Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A full independent LPCC license in the state of California, showcasing your qualifications to practice independently.
• Proficiency in various counseling methodologies, including but not limited to CBT, ACT, and DBT.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, vital for effective collaboration and patient interaction.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, accompanied by a robust benefits package that includes:
