Tax Accounting Vice President

Your key responsibilities are to deliver white glove service and honor the FSG Principles while:
  • Reviewing tax allocations, book-to-tax adjustments, state apportionment, and withholding tax computations for private funds
  • Reviewing federal and state tax returns for partnerships and blocker corporations
  • Coordinating funding and remittance for tax obligations
  • Comprehending tax implications and structuring requirements for private fund structures
  • Responding to inquiries from investors and clients in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinating with outside tax preparers to ensure timely delivery of K-1s and filing of tax return
  • Collaborating with outside tax preparers to resolve notices and other matters with tax authorities

  • 5-10 years of partnership tax experience in public accounting or equivalent, preferably with a concentration in the financial services industry
