We are looking for a customer-focused Account Manager / Accounts Payable Specialist to build strong, long-term relationships with clients and support financial and account operations. This role ensures customer satisfaction, drives retention, and helps manage both account performance and financial accuracy across assigned portfolios.

What You Would Do If Hired
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Understand customer and business needs related to financial and account services
  • Support accounts payable processes, invoice tracking, and payment coordination
  • Manage renewals, billing support, and retention risks
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and improved service delivery
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Support) to ensure smooth service
  • Track account health, financial activity, and performance metrics
  • Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and account updates with clients
  • Resolve account and payment issues and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and accounting systems

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Background in B2B, SaaS, finance, or operational support roles preferred
