Walker Healthforce, an industry leader in the placement of Healthcare Technology Consultants is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our client partnership team.  Contributing to the overall success of our team, you will support the Executive Director, Technology Services and Account Management team while working effectively in a collaborative environment toward strategic organizational goals. This role requires prior exposure to Statements of Work (SOWs), pricing strategy, client negotiations, and client-facing presentations.

The ideal Senior Account Manager will possess:


  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong written and oral communication capabilities
  • Well-versed in collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Executive Teams, and delivery partners to support the full client sales and account management process
  • Prior exposure to Statements of Work (SOWs), including scope review, contract inputs, and alignment of deliverables to client needs
  • Ability to support pricing discussions, prepare client-ready materials, and contribute to competitive proposal development
  • Confidence leading or supporting client negotiations, business reviews, and professional presentations with senior stakeholders
  • Proficient with MS Office and web-based computer technologies (ATS, CRM, etc.)
  • Knowledgeable of the full range of company and third-party technology, products, IT solutions and services, and how these services align to customer needs
  • Willingness to learn and adopt best practices necessary to create ongoing and sustainable success


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 yrs. experience in a similar account management, client services, sales support, or staffing role
  • A background in the staffing and recruiting industry is required
  • Prior experience with SOW exposure, pricing, client negotiations, and client-facing presentations is strongly preferred
