If you haven't sold parts, components, or services into airlines, MROs, operators, or leasing companies, you won't be considered, no matter how strong your general sales background is. We're looking for someone who already knows this industry and brings the relationships to prove it.

The role

We're hiring an experienced account manager to grow our business across the aviation aftermarket, working with airlines, MROs, operators, and leasing companies. You'll bring a portfolio of existing aviation customers and use it to expand cliemt's presence in the global aftermarket supply chain. The role balances quote volume with the strategic relationships that drive long-term revenue, and it covers both commercial and business aviation platforms.

Level and pay

We're posting this as an Account Manager, which maps to roughly 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, but we hire across six levels, from Account Manager I (at 3 to 5 years) up to Senior Account Director (at 15+ years). Your title and pay will reflect the experience and book of business you bring, so apply even if you sit above or below the current band. Compensation is a base salary plus commission, set to your level.

What you'll do

  • Build and execute plans that hit and beat company growth targets.

  • Grow and manage relationships with key accounts across commercial and business aviation.

  • Review your accounts for growth potential, then act on it.

  • Use your existing contacts to open business quickly, and hunt for new customers alongside that.

  • Pursue new opportunities with airlines, MROs, leasing companies, operators, and brokers.

  • Negotiate contracts, agreements, and pricing in line with company targets.

  • Give customers fast day-to-day support and prioritize timely responses.

  • Work with operations, procurement, logistics, marketing, and repair management to move orders through cleanly.

  • Represent SAS at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

  • Manage your accounts, contacts, and sales orders in Salesforce/AvSight CRM.

What you bring

  • Sales experience in the aviation aftermarket, with airline, MRO, or leasing accounts. Three or more years gets you in the door, and your level maps to the six bands above.

  • A proven portfolio of aviation customers you can activate right away.

  • Strong knowledge of commercial and business aviation platforms and how the aftermarket supply chain works.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.

  • The ability to work independently, juggle multiple accounts, and hit deadlines under pressure.

  • Willingness to travel roughly 20 to 30% of the time for client visits and industry events.

  • Based in Europe, the Middle East, or Asia.

What we offer

  • Competitive base plus performance-based commission, set to your level.

  • Health insurance coverage.

  • Room to grow within a global aviation company.

  • A multicultural team working across Seattle, Dubai, and Turkey.

  • Fully remote.
