Title: Account Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to join our team and grow strategic customer relationships across North America. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth within existing accounts, expanding executive relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customers realize maximum value from their partnership with Sapiens.

What You'll Do

  • Grow sales and revenue within assigned customer accounts by proactively identifying opportunities for Sapiens solutions and services and leading the sales effort through close.
  • Expand relationships across client organizations by engaging new business and technology stakeholders and increasing awareness of Sapiens' capabilities and value proposition.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with customer objectives, business priorities, and growth initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trusted advisor relationships with executive-level stakeholders and key decision-makers.
  • Lead cross-functional opportunity teams, collaborating with product, delivery, presales, and leadership teams to develop solutions that address customer business needs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer operations, business challenges, and industry trends to position strategic, value-based solutions.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and account health, ensuring clients remain strong advocates and referenceable customers.
  • Partner with Marketing and Corporate Communications on customer-facing initiatives, including success stories, press releases, industry events, and speaking opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, including opportunity identification, qualification, solution development, negotiations, forecasting, and contract execution.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue, growth, and profitability targets across assigned accounts.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in an Account Manager, Client Partner, Strategic Account Executive, or similar customer-facing role with primary responsibility for revenue growth.
  • Experience working with Property & Casualty (P&C), Life & Annuities, Reinsurance, or Insurance Software platforms
  • Demonstrated success building and maintaining long-term relationships with C-level executives, business leaders, and key stakeholders.
  • Experience selling complex enterprise software solutions and related professional services, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover business challenges and identify strategic opportunities.
  • Proven track record of closing multi-million-dollar enterprise software and services agreements.
  • History of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue and profitability targets.
  • Experience managing opportunities through the complete sales lifecycle, including negotiations and deal closure.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to act as a trusted liaison between customers and internal teams to drive successful outcomes.
  • Strong organizational, strategic planning, and account management capabilities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel throughout North America as needed.
