This role is performed remotely, providing flexibility and convenience while supporting our detox center clients. You will have access to a digital suite of tools and platforms designed for teletherapy sessions, electronic health records management, and inter-professional collaboration. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health status of patients, including emotional, behavioral, and social factors affecting their well-being.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices that cater to the unique needs of each patient.
• Provide psychotherapy and other therapeutic interventions for a variety of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders.
• Maintain close collaboration with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and primary care physicians, to deliver a coordinated and holistic approach to patient care.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed based on ongoing evaluations and feedback from both patients and the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to encourage informed decision-making and support.
• Uphold the highest ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of patient care and record-keeping.

The clients you will serve primarily include individuals confronting mental health challenges related to addiction recovery and detoxification. Our patients often deal with co-occurring disorders, thereby requiring an integrated approach to care that addresses both their mental health and substance use issues. • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy and mental health services to diverse patient populations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong rapport-building with patients and effective collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records (EHR) and related technology for accurate documentation and patient management.

• Experience in a detox or addiction recovery setting is a plus.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care approaches.
