Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, leading to the development of effective treatment plans tailored to their goals.
• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based techniques to facilitate personal growth, emotional healing, and improved mental health outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and regularly monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal care.
• Deliver teletherapy services, providing support to clients who may face mobility issues or prefer virtual interactions for their convenience.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client sessions and treatment plans to uphold ethical standards and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance your clinical skills and stay informed of the latest trends in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Your ability to provide compassionate care and create a safe therapeutic environment will be key in fostering trust and facilitating healing for your clients.

Qualifications

• Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills that foster a secure and trusting relationship with clients.
• Empathetic approach, demonstrating understanding and support of clients' experiences without judgment.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management capabilities to handle a caseload efficiently and meet administrative requirements.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing therapy for addiction treatment would be beneficial.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT).
• Prior experience in a remote work setting is a plus, as it allows for a smoother transition into our teletherapy practices.

• Competitive annual salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
