As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing individualized counseling sessions with clients over video chat, focusing on their specific mental health needs and goals.
• Encouraging clients to express their emotions and share experiences that contribute to their psychological well-being, facilitating deeper understanding of their mental health.
• Acting as an advocate for clients by helping them identify and set achievable therapeutic goals.
• Conducting thorough mental health evaluations and developing effective treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.
• Utilizing a solution-focused approach to therapy, drawing from your clinical experience to inform interventions and strategies.
• Maintaining accurate client records and collaborating with supervisors to ensure quality of care.

The clients you will serve through Inside Life Health And Wellness are pre-screened, stable individuals experiencing low acuity mental health issues. To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Active licenses in the state of California as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Ability to assess client needs effectively and implement appropriate treatment recommendations.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.
• Proficiency with digital communication tools and telehealth platforms, along with strong computer literacy.

While not mandatory, any prior experience working in a remote setting or familiarity with teletherapy platforms will be beneficial. Experience with diverse client populations or specialized knowledge in specific therapeutic approaches is also highly valued.

This position offers a competitive annual salary range of $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with the hours worked and experience. We also provide:
