Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individualized online counseling sessions, focusing on thorough assessments and personalized treatment plans to address clients' unique mental health needs.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support clients in navigating life's challenges and achieving emotional balance.
  • Monitor and document client progression through case management and progress notes in electronic health records, ensuring compliance with regulations and company guidelines.
  • Engage in regular consultations with your colleagues and participate in team workshops to refine treatment approaches and improve our telehealth platform.
  • Act as an advocate for mental health awareness, providing educational resources and coping strategies both within and outside session times.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Our commitment to cultural sensitivity means that counselors must tailor their approaches to honor the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client, creating an affirming care environment that fosters trust and growth.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Active licensure in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or the ability to obtain such licensure.
  • At least two years of experience providing therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, demonstrating a solid grasp of appropriate clinical strategies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients of varied socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration within our team and clear articulation of treatment plans to clients.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling tools is highly desirable.
  • Specialized training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
  • Experience in community outreach or public speaking engagements to promote mental health awareness.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
