• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments leveraging evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to create tailored treatment plans that address the individual needs of each client.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other advanced techniques, to guide clients in their mental health journey.
• Maintain and ensure the confidentiality of clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, showcasing meticulous attention to detail in documentation practices.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated and holistic mental health care; regular team meetings will help enhance continuity of care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through case consultations and peer reviews to uphold the highest standards of practice and stay informed on mental health advancements.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and supportive resources within the community to empower them towards recovery and resilience.
• Remain current with research and emerging practices in the mental health field to integrate new insights into therapy sessions, enhancing the efficacy of care provided.

Your work will span a broad range of mental health issues faced by individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and experiences. You will be instrumental in providing therapeutic support to clients navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, fostering their healing and growth.

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from a regionally accredited institution.
• Possession of an active license in the State of Arizona as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Demonstrated expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy and the ability to craft individualized treatment strategies that meet diverse client needs.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, allowing for effective engagement with clients and collaboration with colleagues.
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities to effectively resolve complex client situations and promote positive outcomes.
• Ability to thrive within a collaborative team setting, appreciating diverse contributions while driving a culture of support and professional development.

• Experience with telehealth service delivery, including familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms.
• Prior experience working within a multidisciplinary team aiming to provide comprehensive mental health care.
