In this role, you will serve as aseniorlevel technical expertsupporting advanced diagnostic instrumentation and complex systems, including laboratory automation.   • Accurately document service activities, resolutions, and compliancerelated records.

  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with Sales, Applications, Technical Support, and Engineering teams to support customer success.

  • Provide technical mentoring and informal guidance to Field Service Engineers and peers as needed.

  • Utilize remote diagnostic tools and digital technologies to maximize instrument uptime and service efficiency.

  • Maintain required certifications and complete ongoing technical training.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experiencerequired.

  • Minimum5 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer.

  • Ability to travel locally up to95%and longdistance up to25%.

  • Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Medical Technology.

  • Experience supportinglaboratory instrumentation and automationin a clinical or diagnostic environment.
