Mind Over Matter Therapeutics Clinic is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselors to provide remote telehealth services for adolescent and young adult clients. This full-time licensed therapist position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually, and provides the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States.

  • Provide individual, family, and group counseling sessions using telehealth technology.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

With a client-centric approach, we emphasize building meaningful therapeutic relationships, with a maximum of eight clients per group, allowing for deeper engagement and sustainable healing. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
  • Active independent licensure in one of the following areas: LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
  • Ability to commit to a minimum of 12 hours per week for contract positions or full-time availability for W2 positions (40+ hours weekly).
  • Experience in adolescent and young adult mental health preferred.
Preferred Experience
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling methodologies.
  • Experience with evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to youth and adolescents.
  • Background in integrating substance use treatment within a mental health framework.
