This position is designed for a remote work setting, allowing you to connect with clients through a telehealth platform. You will have the flexibility to conduct sessions from your location while remaining an integral part of a dynamic team committed to collaboration and excellence in mental health services. Your work hours will be from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, structured to provide the best client care experience.

• Engage directly with clients who exhibit symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, providing assessments, therapy, and recovery support.

• Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure cohesive and integrated treatment plans are developed and executed.

• Exhibit a commitment to diversity by effectively engaging with clients from various cultural backgrounds, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and preferences.

• Maintain adherence to ethical guidelines and organizational standards while continually improving your clinical skills through feedback and training.

• Conduct thorough risk assessments, crisis interventions, and implement safety protocols to ensure a secure and supportive therapeutic environment.

• Create and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that clients have access to necessary resources and services, while also coordinating with family members and other providers.

• Manage a caseload that includes individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring that services are aligned with client needs and treatment goals.

• Document all client encounters, evaluations, and treatment plans timely and comprehensively, while complying with all data submission requirements.

• Be available for on-call coverage during and after program hours as needed, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to client needs.

• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and outcomes for clients, fostering an environment of teamwork and collaboration.

You will work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and a variety of other mental health conditions that impact their daily lives. Your role will be critical in helping these individuals navigate their challenges and achieve better health outcomes through tailored therapeutic interventions.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is essential.

• Active LCSW licensure in the state of California is mandatory.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling is required.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices for assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health issues.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are crucial for successful client interactions and documentation.

• Proficient organizational and planning skills to manage a caseload effectively.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred and will enhance communication with a broader client base.

• Experience delivering telehealth services is a significant advantage.

• Demonstrated commitment to working with culturally diverse populations and an understanding of the socioeconomic factors affecting mental health.
