• Provide remote care through an 8-week structured evidence-based program designed to support participants in their mental health journeys.
• Monitor clients’ progress and maintain regular follow-up communications, including care coordination and documentation of session notes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, guiding clients through necessary resources and obtaining required consent and authorization forms.
• Identify high-risk cases and respond appropriately to safety concerns, adhering strictly to our established protocols.
• Engage actively in team meetings, supervision sessions, and company-wide Town Halls to ensure alignment with organizational goals and practices.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring a safe space for all clients.

Our client population consists of individuals navigating various mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to more complex behavioral issues. You will be instrumental in guiding them through tailored therapeutic approaches, enabling participants to cultivate actionable skills and lifelong habits that support their overall well-being.

• A current license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• Ability to maintain a consistent schedule for patient appointments and facilitate engagement with a diverse clientele.
• Clinical experience with therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused techniques is essential.
• A demonstrated passion for influencing lives positively through improved behavioral health systems.
• Qualification to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy for remote work.
• All candidates must pass a drug screening as we maintain a drug-free workplace environment.

While not mandatory, experience in working within telehealth or remote counseling settings is advantageous. Familiarity with behavioral health interventions and success in collaborative care environments are desirable qualities that will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

• Competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 per year, based on experience and clinical hours.
