• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and screenings to evaluate patients' needs and tailor individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver short-term individual counseling sessions, crisis intervention services, and therapeutic support to clients navigating a range of emotional and psychological challenges.
• Lead therapy groups and workshops, focusing on vital topics such as stress management, self-esteem, and coping strategies to promote personal development.
• Collaborate actively with internal medical teams, patient support staff, and community organizations to ensure holistic and coordinated care for our patients.
• Participate in outreach endeavors, such as mental health awareness campaigns, enhancing community engagement and support.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.

Your primary patients will include individuals facing acute and chronic mental health conditions, ranging from anxiety and depression to stress-related disorders. This diverse patient population requires culturally sensitive care, recognizing the unique backgrounds and experiences that influence mental health. You will play a crucial role in supporting these individuals on their therapeutic journeys and helping them achieve meaningful improvement in their mental health.

• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated understanding of mental health challenges particularly prominent in a hospital setting, coupled with effective therapeutic techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling meaningful connections with patients and collaboration with healthcare professionals.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and brief therapy models applicable in a remote counseling environment.
• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced telehealth setting, managing a diverse caseload while maintaining excellent standards of care.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably in a telehealth capacity.
• Experience working with diverse populations with varied mental health concerns.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

In addition to a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, this position offers a comprehensive benefits package.
