Bayfront Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a remote full-time capacity. In this role, you will provide essential mental health services to clients in a school setting, focusing on individuals who experience symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders. This position offers an annual salary between USD 70,000 and 90,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

This position is fully remote, providing you the flexibility to work from home while engaging with clients and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. • Conduct thorough assessments and reviews of clients' mental health needs, developing treatment plans that are tailored to individual requirements.
• Facilitate evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring that therapeutic approaches are culturally appropriate and reflect best practices.
• Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other stakeholders to provide integrated care that supports the holistic well-being of clients.
• Implement and monitor client care plans, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, providing timely support and treatment to help clients navigate acute mental health challenges.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes while complying with ethical guidelines and regulations.
• Engage with a network of community resources, facilitating referrals to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the organization, helping to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction.

This role primarily serves school-aged children and adolescents who are facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral disorders. You will work within a school-based environment, ensuring that students receive the necessary therapeutic support that promotes their social and emotional development. Your work will play a crucial role in empowering young clients to achieve academic and personal success.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution and a valid LCSW license.
• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing effective interaction with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for telehealth services and maintaining electronic health records.
• Commitment to ethical practices and professional development.

While a minimum of 2 years of experience as a clinician is required, candidates with a background in school-based counseling or experience working with children and adolescents are encouraged to apply. Additional training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and crisis intervention is a plus.

The position offers a competitive salary structure ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
