Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the warehousing sector. This remote role is focused on managing existing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and achieving territory sales targets. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, goal-oriented, and excels at building strong client relationships in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.

  • Identify, engage, and convert prospective clients into long-term business partnerships.

  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas and KPIs.

  • Understand client warehousing needs and recommend customized solutions.

  • Conduct territory and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to client needs.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree (required).

  • 1–2 years of sales experience, ideally in B2B or warehousing/logistics sectors.

  • Proven track record in acquiring new clients and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a remote environment.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to team objectives.
