3D Motion Designer (Part-Time, Contract)
Location: Remote / Virtual
Compensation: $50-$75 per hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled 3D Motion Designer to create a high-impact digital card pack opening animation for our platform. This role focuses on designing a polished, cinematic opening sequence that builds anticipation and delivers a compelling final card reveal, similar in quality and experience to premium virtual card or collectible product animations.
This is a part-time, contract-based role with flexible hours, working fully remotely.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and produce a complete 3D card pack opening animation, from initial build-up through final reveal
  • Create engaging camera movement, lighting, particle effects, and visual transitions
  • Translate creative concepts into a cohesive, high-quality 3D animation
  • Ensure timing, pacing, and visual storytelling enhance the sense of anticipation and reward
  • Deliver assets optimized for use across a digital platform
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to incorporate feedback and refinements
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in 3D motion design and animation
  • Strong understanding of cinematic composition, timing, lighting, and visual effects
