Job description

The University of Kansas Health System, Department of Radiology, is seeking a dedicated neuroradiologist to join our dynamic academic department committed to advancing neuroradiology through cutting-edge technology, collaborative research, and outstanding patient care.

The position offers a unique opportunity to practice subspecialty neuroradiology in a tertiary care setting while actively contributing to medical student, resident, and fellow education, clinical research, and multidisciplinary patient care. Key Position Highlights:

  • 100% Neuroradiology Practice in a tertiary care academic medical center with subspecialty focus.
  • No Evening or Overnight Call - maintain excellent work-life balance with daytime coverage only.
  • Weekend Coverage: Neuroradiology-only weekend and holiday shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, shared equally among partners.
  • Remote Reading Capabilities: Many daytime shifts and all on-call shifts can be read from home. Complete home workstation provided.
  • Flexible Work Models: Choose from traditional on-site, hybrid, or fully remote work arrangements to suit your lifestyle.

Required Qualifications:

  • MD, DO or equivalent
  • ABR board certified/eligible in Radiology
  • Completion of a Neuroradiology fellowship, from an accredited institution
  • ABR CAQ board certified/eligible in Neuroradiology
  • Eligible for licensure in Kansas and Missouri
