Qualifications

Applicants are required to possess:

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid state licensure as either an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
  • A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a relevant setting.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.
  • Experience with trauma-focused therapeutic practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to approach clients with compassion and understanding.
  • The capacity to remain composed and effective in high-stress situations.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management.
Preferred Experience

While 2 years of professional experience is required, candidates with additional experience in delivering trauma-focused therapies or who have worked in a similar remote or telehealth environment will be preferred.
