Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments, aiming to understand each patient's unique trauma history for effective treatment planning.
  • Design and execute individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery, resilience-building, and overall mental well-being.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at processing trauma, enhancing coping strategies, and fostering healing among patients.
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
