Additionally, you'll have support from our scheduling and client service teams, ensuring a focus on therapy rather than administrative burdens.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' histories and determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at empowering clients to process trauma, build coping strategies, and enhance emotional resilience.
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to provide integrated care that addresses the holistic needs of your patients.
  • Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating skill and composure under pressure.
  • Educate clients and their families about trauma responses and develop actionable coping mechanisms, emphasizing client engagement and empowerment.
  • Ensure meticulous documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a non-judgmental approach toward client interactions.
