• Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental attitude towards client experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage caseloads while ensuring quality patient care.

Preferred candidates will have experience working in community health settings or private practices, with a focus on diverse populations. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and techniques for virtual counseling can also be advantageous. Experience in addiction treatment or familiarity with mental health disorders would further enhance your qualifications.
