• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, identifying the unique challenges they face.
• Create, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs and therapeutic goals.
• Lead engaging individual and group therapy sessions while employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to facilitate client progress.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to care, addressing both physical and psychological aspects of health.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, fostering a supportive environment that encourages family involvement in the recovery process.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate electronic health records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

You will work with a diverse client population representing various age groups, ethnic backgrounds, and mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and more. Your ability to adapt your therapeutic techniques to meet the varying needs of clients will be vital in fostering their resilience and encouraging successful outcomes.

• Possess a valid and current license as a:
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)
• Hold a master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exhibit specialized training or significant experience in mental health therapy.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of evidence-based practices relevant to a variety of mental health disorders.
• Possess strong therapeutic and interpersonal skills necessary for establishing a trusting rapport with clients.
• Exhibit excellent communication abilities and a collaborative spirit for effective teamwork among diverse professionals.

• Experience in telehealth services or remote therapy delivery, demonstrating adaptability and proficiency with digital communication platforms.
• A background in working with diverse populations, which enhances cultural competence within therapeutic practices.
• Proven track record of utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities effectively across various mental health challenges.
