Responsibilities
  • Work in partnership with Creative Directors and other senior creative teams to develop experiential solutions that are considered "best in class" bringing ideas to reality in a practical and timely manner.
  • Create environmental design ideas for corporate events, brand activations, conferences, and trade shows, delivering different touch points with flair and consistency whilst understanding constraints and opportunities within client brand guidelines.
  • Create detailed 3D visualization such as floor plans, conceptual renderings, elevations, and 3D architecture that enhances aby brand experience.
  • Partner closely with experiential teams and develop collaborative partnerships to bring a big idea to life across a whole program whilst meeting project obligations and commitments.

  • Minimum of 4-6+ years' experience gained within the exhibition, events or experiential industry with a background in brand design, environmental, spatial and visual storytelling
  • An obsession with the latest trends in design, culture and innovation.
  • A passion for finding the right balance of materials, space and light to create innovative and inviting spaces.
  • Experience with every aspect of the design process from uncovering strategic insights to collaborating with engineers and producers to bring your idea into fabrication.
  • Ability to integrate with various disciplines and collectively build presentation and executional drawings including; floor plans, perspective interiors, elevations, 3D fixtures, print and digital media.
  • A firm understanding of technology integration and collaborating with tech partners.
  • A strong understanding of a diverse range of materials, finishes, graphic applications, and fabrication methods for environments.
  • Convincing presentation skills and able to articulate a vision and the ideas they create.
  • A keen sense of project flow, helping you identify project challenges and appropriate paths to resolution.
  • Solid visualization skills like hand sketching, Illustrator and Photoshop visualization.
  • Expert knowledge of 3D Max with V-ray modelling or similar 3D industry standard software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as a collaborative team player supporting senior creatives and work under your own initiative when required.
  • Strong ability to grasp ideas to produce inspiring creative solutions to a broad range of design challenges
  • Ability to manage the everyday details of multiple projects and deliver the highest quality output that meets budget constraints.
