As a fully remote organization, all interactions with clients occur via online video consultations, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world without the stress of commuting. • Provide high-quality mental health therapy to adult clients through virtual sessions, utilizing your expertise in various therapeutic modalities.
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.
• Document session notes and treatment progress accurately and efficiently to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills.
• Work collaboratively with our administrative team who will handle patient scheduling, marketing, and billing, allowing you to focus solely on providing care.

Your primary responsibility will be working with adult clients facing a range of mental health challenges. These may include anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health issues. Your individualized approach will foster an environment of healing and support, empowering clients to take charge of their mental well-being.

• A master’s level degree from a regionally accredited university in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy.
• An active license in one of the following areas: LCSW, LMFT, or LPC, with a record free of any disciplinary actions.
• At least two years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adult populations in a therapeutic setting.

• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices.
• Strong written communication skills for effective documentation and client record maintenance.
• Experience in a remote work environment, utilizing telehealth systems and platforms for patient consultations.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
