• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, focusing on improving client mental health and overall well-being.
• Facilitate discussions with clients on their emotions, experiences, and challenges to promote self-awareness and insight.
• Act as a client advocate, assisting them in defining clear, attainable goals for their mental health journey.
• Collaborate with clients to evaluate their mental health conditions, crafting and implementing effective treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices and solution-focused methodologies.
• Maintain detailed client progress records and care documentation while minimizing administrative tasks through efficient billing and administrative support offered by the organization.

You will work primarily with a diverse clientele who are pre-screened, stable, and presenting with low acuity concerns. This allows you to focus on therapy that fosters growth and resilience without the immediate pressures of high-acuity cases. You will have the opportunity to build solid therapeutic partnerships with clients from various backgrounds and demographics, ultimately helping them develop coping strategies and emotional insight.

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Active independent licensure from the state of California, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); provisional licenses are not accepted.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and a supportive approach to client interactions.
• Proficiency in computer skills and comfort with teletherapy platforms, ensuring seamless communication and client interactions.

• Prior experience in an outpatient counseling setting, particularly in remote or virtual therapy.
• Experience developing treatment plans and conducting thorough client evaluations.
• Familiarity with diverse therapeutic modalities and practices that address varied client needs and backgrounds.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition, we provide:
