A fully remote litigation firm is expanding its auto liability defense practice and is seeking two attorneys: a Mid-Level Attorney (2–5 years) and a Senior Trial Attorney (7+ years). The firm maintains a strong operational infrastructure that supports attorneys through consistent communication, weekly meetings, and structured case oversight.

This opportunity is ideal for attorneys seeking a remote environment with clear expectations, strong support staff, and long-term growth potential.

Compensation Structure

  • Mid-Level Attorney: $150,000–$175,000 DOE
  • Senior Attorney: $175,000–$220,000 DOE
  • Monthly production-based bonus (~$7,000–$10,000 annually after onboarding period), no origination or discretionary bonus structure
