  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites while protecting clients' homes.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of cabinet installation and finish carpentry experience.

  •  Access to all tools required for trim carpentry and cabinet installation.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to safely lift and maneuver cabinetry and building materials.

What we bring to the table:

  • Steady, year-round residential remodeling work.

  • Opportunities for advancement as the company continues to grow.
  • A respectful, supportive team that values quality work and each other's success.

What you bring to the table:

  • Craftsmanship: You take pride in producing beautiful, precise work and know the details are what set exceptional craftsmanship apart.
  • Ownership: You take responsibility for the quality of your work and follow projects through to completion without cutting corners.
  • Professionalism: You communicate respectfully, collaborate well with teammates and homeowners, and represent Heartwood with integrity on every job site.
