Kirkwood Home & Landscape is seeking a full-time Experienced Remodeling Carpenter to join our residential construction team. This carpentry position offers a competitive wage of $35 - $42 an hour, based on experience, and a great benefits package, including 90% company-paid medical insurance, 6 paid holidays, compensated cell phone use, and a respectful work environment!
THE INS AND OUTS OF THIS EXPERIENCED REMODELING CARPENTER ROLE
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with a small carpentry crew to complete residential construction projects, including kitchen and bath remodels, room additions, basements, decks, and more.
  • Use BuilderTrendโ„ข software to manage projects efficiently.
  • Ensure quality and cleanliness on job sites, respecting both clients and their homes.
  • Maintain professional communication with teammates and clients.

The Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of verifiable (IN RESUME) carpentry experience
  • Expertise in many facets of residential construction, remodeling, and home repair
  • Ability to identify and weigh the pros/cons of a decision and choose the best solution
  • Strong communication skills
