Licensed Plumber – Startup Plumbing CompanyPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced, dependable Licensed Plumber with 3–4 years of professional plumbing experience to help launch and grow a new plumbing company.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants to be more than just an employee. You will play an important role in helping establish our reputation, service standards, operating procedures, and company culture while having the opportunity to grow into a leadership position as the business expands.
During our startup phase, our primary focus will be emergency plumbing services. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of fast response, accurate diagnosis, quality workmanship, and excellent customer service.
As our customer base grows, we will expand into scheduled service, repairs, replacements, installations, maintenance, remodeling, and other residential and light commercial plumbing services.
Emergency Service FocusThe Licensed Plumber must be comfortable responding to emergency and urgent plumbing situations, including:
Burst and leaking water lines
Major plumbing leaks
Water heater failures
Clogged or overflowing toilets
Drain and sewer backups
Failed shutoff valves
Broken plumbing fixtures
Frozen or damaged water lines

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform residential and light commercial plumbing service, repair, replacement, and installation.
