Job description

Alpine Cleaning and Restoration is looking for a Handyman to join our team!!!
Seeking an experienced individual with the ability to do drywall, paint, and finish carpentry. High-quality work is essential. This is a position for a skilled person with strong knowledge and background in the construction trade. Will be tasked with hanging and finishing drywall. Must be able to patch holes, mud, tape, match texture, etc. Will be doing both large and small jobs. Must be able to paint walls and ceilings, and match textures. Will be working on remodeling as well as new construction. Candidates will preferably have the ability to do finish work (trim, baseboard, etc.)
The individual selected for the position will work closely with various project managers. The project managers will give work assignments, and the person will do each job according to the project manager's directions. The individual selected must be able to understand instructions written or spoken in English. The person must also be able to follow a schedule and meet deadlines.
Candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
Candidates must have a current driver's license.
$18-$22/hr DOE and piece work
The schedule is typically Monday-Friday 8 am-6 pm
