Job description

Build what matters as a Product Manager at RevStar.
RevStar is a fast-growing cloud-native software and modernization consultancy focused on helping organizations migrate, modernize, and scale on AWS. We are seeking a hands-on Delivery Lead, Migration to own the successful execution of AWS migration engagements from kickoff through stabilization and optimization.
At RevStar, we foster a collaborative, remote-first culture where teams freely share ideas, innovate together, and grow both individually and collectively. By joining us, you'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies across diverse industries, delivering value-driven products for clients who prioritize quality and performance. We believe in the pursuit of better, not just in cloud-native app development, but in creating meaningful experiences and outcomes that matter.
This role sits at the intersection of delivery leadership, technical execution, and client partnership. You will lead multiple migration projects, working closely with Solutions Architects, Engineers, and Product Managers to ensure work is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to client business outcomes.
Unlike a traditional project manager role, the ideal candidate is someone with technical depth and experience in solution execution. You will actively participate in architecture discussions, migration planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation while serving as the primary point of accountability for delivery. Above all, the ideal candidate embodies RevStar's core values:
  • Self-Mastery: We hold a high bar for how we think, communicate, and improve.
  • Ownership: We own outcomes, not just effort.
  • Shared Destiny: We rise or fall together.

Roles and responsibilities
Client & Delivery Ownership
  • Act as the primary delivery point of contact for migration clients, managing expectations, scope, risks, and escalation
  • Lead internal and external calls to communicate project status, risks, and next steps to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Partner with clients to align migration phases, timelines, and success criteria to business objectives
  • Schedule and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and ongoing pulse checks

Migration Execution & Technical Leadership
  • Lead the delivery of AWS migration projects across discovery, planning, execution, cutover, and post-migration stabilization
  • Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Engineers on:
    • Migration strategy (re-host, re-platform, refactor)
    • Dependency mapping and sequencing
    • Cutover planning and rollback strategies
  • Participate directly in backlog refinement, estimation, and delivery planning for migration workstreams
  • Ensure architectural decisions made during pre-sales are correctly executed during delivery
  • Identify technical and delivery risks early and drive resolution without waiting for escalation

Team Leadership & Operations
  • Oversee team allocation and project assignments across all migration projects
  • Proactively monitor pending deals and sales forecasts to keep HR informed on emerging recruiting demands
  • Lead and coordinate distributed, cross-functional teams including Engineering, DevOps, QA, and Product
  • Ensure teams are aligned to priorities, scope, and delivery milestones
  • Transition projects cleanly between discovery, execution, and stabilization phases
  • Maintain delivery hygiene (timesheets, Azure DevOps/Jira boards, SOPs, playbooks, documentation, estimates)
  • Enforce RevStar delivery standards, migration best practices, and quality gates

Quality, Governance & Continuous Improvement
  • Ensure migration deliverables meet RevStar quality, security, and operational standards
  • Send CSAT surveys, collect feedback, and translate insights into delivery improvements
  • Identify optimization, expansion, or follow-on migration opportunities in partnership with Solutions Architecture and Sales
  • Contribute to the evolution of RevStar's migration playbooks, standards, and delivery frameworks

Requirements
Must Haves
  • 3+ years of experience in delivery leadership, engineering leadership, consulting, or technical project ownership
  • Hands-on experience delivering cloud migrations or large-scale modernization initiatives
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure fundamentals (networking, compute, storage, IAM)
  • Full lifecycle delivery experience using Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Proven ability to simplify complex technical problems and lead teams through ambiguity
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and with a team-first mindset

Nice to Haves
  • AWS certifications (Solutions Architect Associate or Professional)
  • Experience in regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI, etc.)
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar delivery tooling
  • Consulting or professional services background
  • Spanish as a second language

Benefits
  • Paid Time Off - Take the time you need to recharge and stay productive.
  • Remote-First Working Environment - Collaborate from anywhere while staying connected with our global team.
  • Comprehensive Health Coverage - Medical, Dental, Vision
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan - Plan for your future with access to a company-sponsored 401(k) program.
  • Annual Learning & Development Stipend - Invest in your skills with conferences, certifications, or courses.
  • Peer Mentorship & Coaching - Learn from experienced engineers, product managers, and architects to accelerate your growth.
  • Professional Growth Opportunities - Exposure to cutting-edge AWS GenAI, data, and cloud technologies across diverse industries.
