Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent.
1-3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
Experience recruiting for call center, customer service, sales, or telesales positions preferred.
Strong interviewing and candidate screening skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
