Facility:
This facility is the largest hospital on the Southern Coast of Oregon with a catchment area of over 320,000 people. As a Level III trauma center with high acuity, the hospital provides comprehensive medical services to the region through a well-established healthcare system with modern facilities and collaborative teams.

Board Certified - CRNA
Job Details:
• Open to full-time (80 hours per pay period) or part-time (48 hours per pay period) positions • Work as part of a solid, experienced collaborative team with physicians and CRNAs • Practice 100% independently in accordance with expertise, Oregon State regulations, and health district policies • Work environment includes 7 ORs, Endoscopy, Cath Lab, and nearby ASC • Handle a variety of cases (everything but heads and hearts, healthy peds only) • Perform all types of blocks and anesthesia-related procedures • Participate in paid call, shared equitably, with post-call day off • Share weekend coverage with team members • Must have 1+ years of experience (new graduates not accepted) • Must have clean malpractice history/background • Must provide copy of NPDB self-query report • Oregon license required or willingness to obtain • Position requires residency within the immediate local area • Relocation may be required
Compensation:
• Competitive base rate of $305,218 gross for 1.0 FTE (95% range for CRNAs) • Comprehensive benefits package including 6% match • Generous PTO • CME allowance • Licensing and professional fee allowance • Relocation assistance if applicable • Paid interview expenses • Onsite Employee Health and Wellness Clinic • Onsite Child Care and Learning Center
