Job description

An exciting opportunity for a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join a collaborative and growing cardiology team in beautiful Coos Bay, OR. Serve a large coastal community while enjoying a supportive environment, strong referrals, and excellent work-life balance.

Position Overview
  • Full-time Non-Invasive Cardiology position

  • Monday Friday schedule (8 AM 5 PM)

  • Shared call including Echo reading rotation on weekends

  • Combination of inpatient and outpatient care

  • Average patients per day

  • Support from NPs and PAs

  • Opportunity to support nearby critical access hospitals

  • Large primary care referral network

Clinical Responsibilities

The physician will provide comprehensive cardiology services including:

  • Evaluation and management of cardiac conditions

  • Interpretation of:

    • EKG

    • Echocardiography

    • Cardiac Nuclear Imaging

    • Stress Echocardiography

    • Holter / Event Monitors

  • Perform and interpret:

    • Cardioversion

    • Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE)

  • Participate in cardiac rehabilitation treatment planning

  • Provide patient education on heart health, prevention, and treatment

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care

  • Nuclear & Echo certification preferred
