Job description

  • Board-certified or board-eligible hematology/oncology physician role in a coastal Oregon community
  • Four-day workweek: three days at main clinic site and one day at a nearby coastal site
  • No call responsibilities (call available for extra income if desired)
  • Typical patient volume 18"20 patients per day
  • EPIC electronic health record
  • RN/MAs enter orders; strong clinical support
  • Two APPs on-site full-time; two physicians rotate through the clinics
  • Minimum 2"3 years of post-training experience preferred
  • Employed position with full benefits, matching 401k, etc
  • Base compensation range approximately $575,000"$675,000
  • RVU bonus structure:$140 per RVU over median target of 5,964 RVUs
  • $75,000 sign-on bonus
  • Relocation assistance up to $20,000
  • Six weeks of PTO (24 days) plus holidays
  • CME allowance up to $5,000
