Job description

Lifting Spirits Therapy Services Inc is looking for dedicated BCBAs for our Gainesville, GA clinic location. Our practice is close knit and we value mentorship and professional growth. We are committed and passionate about helping our patients and their families achieve their functional goals.

Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification and at least 1 year of clinic and/or home-based ABA experience preferred but new grads welcome
  • Master's Degree in ABA or related field, i.e., Special Ed., Child Psych, etc.
  • Familiarity and ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments (VBMAPP, AFLS, ABLLS, ADOS-2, etc.)
  • Demonstrate excellent clinical competence and judgment; ability of working in a multi-disciplinary team environment and collaborate with OTs and SLPs as part of multi-disciplinary treatment plan
  • Ability to train, supervise, and provide feedback to RBTs in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services
  • Client Observations
  • Conducting functional behavior assessments including functional analyses
  • Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of clients’ behavior intervention plans
  • Develop and implement skills acquisition programming
  • Providing feedback and supervision to RBT’s
  • Collecting, graphing, and analyzing data
  • Ability to build strong, supportive relationships with parents and other caregivers, teachers, and community members
  • Respect for cultural diversity and ability to adapt ABA procedures to that diversity
  • Excellent written and verbal skills; detail oriented
