Director, Growth & Revenue Systems

The Director, Growth & Revenue Systems will lead a critical function within the Global Growth team, responsible for the strategy, execution, and management of the systems, data, and processes that accelerate Airwallex’s worldwide revenue growth.

This is a strategic leadership role requiring a blend of technical system expertise, analytical rigor, people management, and a relentless focus on experimentation to unlock new growth opportunities across the entire customer lifecycle.

This role will either be based out of Singapore or San Francisco.

What You Will Do
  • Define and drive multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap for the team, ensuring alignment with global sales, marketing, and product expansion goals.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing leaders globally to define roadmap and prioritisation of the systems and tooling that directly uplift sales and marketing productivity and drive growth initiatives.
  • Partner closely with Growth PMs and Data Science to identify high-leverage growth hypotheses (e.g., in lead scoring, automation, attribution, and lifecycle marketing).
  • Lead the architectural decision-making for all systems critical to growth and revenue generation (e.g., CRM, Marketing Automation, Experimentation Platforms, CDP/Data Pipelines).
  • Evaluate, pilot, and integrate emerging AI and machine learning tools into the revenue systems stack to automate processes, enhance predictive modeling, and accelerate growth outcomes.
  • Oversee the continuous optimization and integration of core revenue systems (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach) to ensure data integrity, maximum uptime, and efficient user workflows for sales and marketing teams.
  • Ensure that all growth experiments and systems deliver clean, measurable data to accurately attribute revenue and demonstrate the ROI of growth initiatives.
  • Establish a high-velocity experimentation framework and rigor for the team to rapidly test growth hypotheses, moving them from initial concept to pilot, and finally to scaled automation across global markets.
3. People Management & Team Building
  • Hire, mentor, and coach a lean, high performing team
  • Implement best practices for Agile development, system change management (governance), and cross-functional communication to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with minimal business disruption.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Global Growth team and internal partners including Engineering, Product, Sales Leadership, and Finance.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Growth Operations, Revenue Operations (RevOps), Marketing Technology (MarTech) in a high-growth B2B SaaS or Fintech environment.
  • 3+ years of formal people management experience, successfully leading and scaling technical or systems-focused teams.
  • Deep, hands‑on administrative and strategic knowledge of core B2B revenue systems (e.g., Salesforce CRM and Marketing Automation tools like Marketo/HubSpot/Pardot).
  • Proven track record of developing and executing a quantitative, hypothesis-driven approach to growth (ideation, A/B testing, analysis, scaling).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical systems and data insights to executive stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Specific experience with either the sales platforms (e.g Salesforce) and/or marketing platforms (e.g Marketo)
  • A strong understanding of the global regulatory and technical challenges of scaling FinTech products across multiple regions (APAC, EMEA, US).
  • Technical background (e.g., a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical field) or experience working directly with engineering teams to build custom solutions.
