As a Senior Manager, you will oversee all phases of project management, including design, construction, permitting, occupancy, quality control, staffing, scheduling, closeout, and budget management. Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Project Leadership: Provide oversight across all project phases, ensuring seamless execution and strategic alignment. Partnering with senior leadership to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics while driving continuous improvement initiatives.   • People Management & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and coach team members, fostering professional growth and high performance. Facilitate engagement with user groups, executives, designers, contractors, and vendors, ensuring alignment and successful project outcomes.
  • Process Optimization & Procurement Oversight: Oversee documentation management, ensuring clarity in roles, deliverables, and project milestones. Drive procurement strategies, managing furniture acquisitions and relocation processes per project requirements. Optimize project workflows, leveraging best practices for efficiency, scalability, and sustainability.
  • Client Delivery & Execution Excellence: Lead the planning and delivery of client focused projects, ensuring outcomes meet defined quality standards, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. Coordinate across cross-functional teams to manage deliverables, track progress, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Project Team Oversight & Revenue Support: Manage 5-10project team members across concurrent initiatives, promoting collaboration, accountability, forecast develop and manage utilization, capacity and performance excellence. Deliver projects that enable client solutions contributing to $1M-$3M in annual revenue, aligning execution with business objectives and service-level targets.
  • Support Business Growth: Work closely with portfolio leadership to enable growth by applying strategic client approaches whether defending existing relationships, reengaging dormant ones, expanding current opportunities, or targeting new prospects. Champions a growth mindset and aligns efforts with broader business objectives.

Requirements
Experiences:
  • Proficient PM skills, typically 10+ years of experience with exposure to several large and unique programs that can oversee several projects in parallel
  • Expert skills in construction project management, people leadership and client engagement
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a strategic mindset
  • Experience in cultivating and growing a portfolio of projects and client accounts by identifying opportunities, expanding services, and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
  • Travel extensively throughout Massachusetts to support client engagements, conduct site visits, and foster relationships with project stakeholders, with an expected on-site presence of approximately 25-50%. Flexibility to attend evening town meetings, public hearings, and community engagement events as required is essential.

The salary range for this position is $119,500 - $180,000 annually, depending on exp0rience, qualifications, and demonstrated impact.
