Job description

Position Summary

The Project Manager will oversee multiple construction and facility infrastructure projects simultaneously, with a primary focus on MEP systems, HVAC upgrades, roofing replacements, and capital improvement initiatives across corporate campuses. This individual will coordinate all phases of projects including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, vendor management, construction oversight, reporting, and project closeout.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish and be comfortable working independently without project coordinator support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple construction and infrastructure projects through all project phases
  • Develop project scope, schedules, budgets, and risk management plans
  • Lead weekly project meetings and maintain detailed project documentation
  • Coordinate and manage vendors, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants
  • Track project financials, purchase orders, invoices, and reporting metrics
  • Provide regular project updates regarding schedule, budget, and risk status
  • Ensure stakeholder communication remains clear and consistent throughout project lifecycle
  • Oversee MEP-focused projects including HVAC systems, roofing, and facility infrastructure improvements
  • Coordinate activities between property management, engineering, security, technology, and client teams
