Fire Alarm Project Manager – Hyperscale Data Centers


Location: Milwaukee, WI | Relocation Assistance Available

Pay: $85,000–$130,000 | Hybrid

Schedule: Hybrid | Monday–Friday

Travel: Goal of less than 5%; occasional Chicago project support

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Are you an experienced Fire Alarm Project Manager ready to take on large, technically complex projects?


We are hiring a Fire Alarm Project Manager to support new-construction hyperscale data center projects in Milwaukee. You will manage multiple buildings across one campus as part of an established Project Management team.


Typical projects exceed $2 million, with a current backlog of more than $10 million


What You’ll Manage

  • Project schedules, budgets, labor, materials, and subcontractors
  • Fire alarm installation, startup, testing, commissioning, and turnover
  • Drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
  • Customer, general contractor, vendor, and field-team communication
  • Cost tracking, billing milestones, labor performance, and project risks
  • Multiple buildings and active project phases across one campus
  • Quality, safety, documentation, and project closeout


What We’re Looking For

  • Previous Fire Alarm Project Manager experience
  • New-construction fire alarm experience
  • Experience managing multimillion-dollar projects
  • Strong understanding of fire alarm installation and commissioning
  • Experience with Notifier and VESDA systems strongly preferred
  • NICET Level III or higher strongly preferred
  • Data center or mission-critical experience is highly desirable
