Technical Training Developer / Instructor
Job Description
.The Technical Trainer Specialist is responsible for developing, delivering, and continually improving technical learning services and training solutions for Philips employees and customers enabling them to effectively maintain equipment installed at customer sites.
Your role:
  • Developing, delivering, and improving technical training solutions (e-learnings, virtual trainings, in-person trainings, simulations, etc.) as guided through the course development and delivery processes
  • Providing the highest level customer experience possible in any learning environment (physical or digital) by engaging strong instructional and communication methods with latest educational tools available
  • Maintaining training systems and lab areas to be fully capable to deliver training sessions
  • Taking personal ownership of the individual learner experience and encouraging students to work together safely to complete the learning activities
  • Lead continuous improvement projects and managing report of KPIs and change adoption metrics to leadership.

You're the right fit:
  • You have an Associates or Bachelor degree in technical science, electronics/mechatronics or equivalent and 2+ years of training experience in areas such as Learning Services, Training Delivery, Education Field or equivalent (Preferred).
  • Hands-on technical skills in troubleshooting/repairing/refurbishing/maintaining Philips CT (Computed Tomography) and AMI (Advanced Molecular Imaging) products are strongly preferred, or Subject Matter Expertise in CT/AMI products.
  • Technical background in electronics, mechanics, and computer networking is preferred
  • Able to work with a diverse team, working independently and ability to manage time while interacting with team members/customers on a daily basis with positive outcomes.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in (Cleveland, OH) is $87,750.00 to $140,400.00.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
