  • Perform submittal reviews, and complete construction administration paperwork and activities such as payment requisitions, meeting agendas and minutes, punch lists, RFI responses, and closeout paperwork
  • Prepare record drawings for as-built infrastructure, utilizing AutoCAD
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve field issues or design discrepancies in collaboration with the design team
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
  • Assist with cost tracking, scheduling updates, and change order documentation

What we're looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering field
  • Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
  • Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings, plans, and specifications
  • Experience or ability and willingness to learn AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and/or similar tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying site conditions and travel to project locations as needed
  • Valid driver's license with good driving history
  • Previous experience in construction, consulting, or field engineering is a plus
  • EIT certification or working toward licensure is preferred
  • Experience with public-sector infrastructure projects (DOT, municipal, water/wastewater, etc.) is preferred
