Location: Assigned Region (North, East, South, West, Midwest, or Southeast) with extensive company-paid travel
Schedule: Full-Time
Program Length: 12-Month Rotational Leadership Program

West Shore Home's Emerging Leader Program is a highly selective, 12-month rotational experience designed for ambitious, high-performing professionals who aspire to lead a business, build high-performing teams, and make meaningful operational and financial decisions.
Throughout the program, you'll gain hands-on experience across Sales, Operations, and Corporate functions while working alongside experienced leaders responsible for running multi-million-dollar branches. You'll develop the business acumen, operational expertise, and leadership capability needed to transition into a General Manager role upon successful completion of the program.

What You'll Experience
Over the course of the program, you'll build a comprehensive understanding of every aspect of operating a successful branch by rotating through key areas of the business, including:
Sales Leadership
Develop a deep understanding of our customer experience by completing our industry-leading sales training, conducting in-home sales appointments, and partnering with branch leadership to learn how revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and team performance drive business success.
Operations Leadership
Work alongside operational leaders to understand installation, warehouse operations, scheduling, customer fulfillment, service, safety, and branch execution while gaining firsthand experience managing the systems that deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Corporate Business Operations
Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Consumer Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Customer Operations to understand how strategic decisions support branch performance, profitability, and long-term growth.
