Job description

Supply Chain Management

Responsible for leading all aspects of Supply Chain Management across the business unit, including strategic sourcing, supplier management, S&OP, inventory control, and new product support. Oversees supply chain planning and execution from order entry through customer delivery to ensure cost, quality, and delivery objectives are achieved.

Key responsibilities include supplier development and negotiations, inventory and material management, S&OP leadership, new product launches, continuous improvement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration with operations, engineering, program management, and business leadership. Ensures compliance with ITAR requirements while driving operational excellence, lean initiatives, and performance metrics aligned with company goals.

Leads and develops the supply chain team through coaching, training, succession planning, and performance management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of supply chain experience with leadership responsibility
  • Experience in supplier development, commodity management, S&OP, ERP systems, and inventory/material control
  • Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience preferred
  • Aerospace or electronics manufacturing experience preferred
  • APICS, ISM, CPSM, CPM, or related certifications preferred
  • U.S. Citizenship or permanent residency required
