What You'll Do

As a Project Manager, you'll lead projects through every phaseโ€”from engineering and procurement to fabrication, construction, startup, and commissioning.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead multiple engineering and construction projects simultaneously
  • Define project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, subcontractors, and third-party resources
  • Develop and maintain project schedules while managing critical milestones
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on technical, commercial, and scheduling matters
  • Manage project risks and proactively resolve issues before they impact project performance
  • Prepare project status reports and presentations for clients and executive leadership
  • Negotiate change orders and additional project scope
  • Manage contractual issues and support successful project execution
  • Partner with procurement teams on purchasing strategies and vendor coordination
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards, contract requirements, and customer expectations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field
  • 5โ€“10 years of project management experience within engineering, EPC, industrial, or construction environments
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment

Preferred Experience

  • Power generation or utility industry experience
  • Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) project experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
