Move Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Move Manager to coordinate and oversee all aspects of residential and commercial relocations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong project management abilities, and a customer-focused approach to ensure smooth and efficient moves.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of moving projects from start to finish.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns throughout the moving process.
- Develop detailed moving plans and timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
- Coordinate with movers, vendors, and other service providers to ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct pre-move assessments and walkthroughs to identify potential challenges and requirements.
- Manage inventory and oversee packing, loading, transportation, and unpacking activities.
- Resolve any issues or delays promptly to minimize disruption and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of move details, expenses, and client communications.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all moving activities.
- Proven experience in move management, relocation coordination, or a related field.
